Before titles and technology, I was just a girl from Detroit who learned how to hustle with heart. That grind taught me everything about people, process, and purpose. From managing teams before Zoom to scaling businesses in the digital era, I’ve lived every side of leadership: corporate, startup, and self-made.

Now I use that experience to help others do the same: fix what’s broken, streamline what’s messy, and grow with intention. Whether it’s business operations, AI integration, or personal development, my work is about giving people tools that make their vision sustainable.

I believe clarity is power. Structure creates peace. And every person has a higher level they can reach when they stop surviving and start operating differently.
